وبما أنني ممن توفر فيهم شروط العضوية وفقاً لأحكام نظام االجمعية الداخلي وقانون الجمعيات ، وبعد قبولي بكافة الحقوق والالتزامات التي تترتب عليّ بوجب النظام الداخلي للجمعية أتقدم بطلب إنتسابي للعضوية مرفقاً معه جميع الأوراق الثبوتية اللازمة وفقاً لنص المادة /5/ من النظام الداخلي

As all the membership conditions apply to my status, as per the Association Internal regulations, and the Association Act, and after agreeing to shoulder all the rights and responsibility as per the association Internal Regulations. I, hereby, apply my membership application from along with all necessary document as per article No 5 of the Internal Regulations.
